Detached house with an establishment

This bachelor's thesis deals with designing a project of the family house with the space for the dental surgery. The house is in developing area situated to the south of the centre of village Babice at Uherského Hradiště where there is going to be a housing construction. The object is projected as two-floor with parcial basement detached house for four members of the family. Dental surgery is designed for one dentist and one assistent. In the northwest part there is also a car park with a capacity of three places for patients and one place for disabled people. The main residence are in the southeast and southwest. Constructional system of this house is combined. Supporting system is comprised with blocks of autoclaved aerated concrete. Horizontal construction is made of monolitic reinforced concrete ceiling plate. The object is covered by flat roof. The project was made thanks to computer program AutoCAD 2018 by the company Autodesk. The author of this thesis put emphasis especially on right process layout, architectonic layout, construction requirements and statical requirements.

The point of this bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house with establishment consisting of dental surgeries and contains the complete documentacion for the execution of the project. This building is situated in the region Vysočina, the city of Humpolec. The building is without a basement, and divided into two separate parts to form a whole. The first part of the building consist of two-storey house, designed for 4 people in variant 5+1. The second part is a single storey dental clinic for 2 membered staff. The building is designed as a brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks KERATHERM systém, horizontal structures are made of ceiling panels SPIROLL. The roof over part of the house is a shed, with ventilation layer. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses joined punched truss plates. The roof over the dental clinics is flat with the growing stack witch sever as an outdoor tarrace of the house.

Next to house is also the car park with a capacity of three places for patients. The front door is on the ground floor and situtated to the north.. Constructional system of this house is combined. Supporting system is comprised with blocks of autoclaved aerated concrete. Horizontal construction is made up of precast prestressed ceilling panels. The object is covered by flat roof with protected waterproofing membrane of PVC. The project was made thanks to computer program AutoCAD 2016 by the company Autodesk. The author of this thesis put emphasis especially on right process layout, architectonic layout, construction requirements and statical requirements.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a desing of a detached house with a dental surgery. The building issituated in the village of Vigantice. The detached house has two floors and a semi-basement. The ground plan of the house is rectangular and the house is covered with a gable roof. The vertical load-bearing assembly consists of concrete blocks of permanent formwork and ceramic blocks Heluz. The carrying construction of the roof is made from prefabricated wooden trusses. The layoutof the house is divided into a private area and a dental surgery.

The surrounding area consists of family houses with a maximum of 2 floors.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a family house with an establishment. The building is situated in Smilovice in the Silesia. The house is divided into living part for a family and establishment for a dentist. The part for living is two floored. There are used sand-lime bricks and half span roofing. The establishment is build of same bricks, but it’s only one floored and the roof is flat. The building is located in a flat terrain.

The object of this bachelor thesis is a design and a development of project documentation for a family house with dental surgery in Prievidza. The construction consists of three detached buildings. All building are constructed from sand-lime blocks, there are no basements and they have simple flat roofs. The family house is designed as a two-storey, for permanent housing of four to five-member families. The dental surgery and a detached garage are ground level buildings. The areal of the buildings is located at the periphery of the town and is situated in a slightly sloping terrain.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with business premises. The object is located in a village of Vysoký Újezd near Beroun, in the south part of the village, where they are planning a new development of detached houses. The building is divided into the detached house for four to six members of a family and on the business premises. The business premises is designed as dental surgery for one dentist and one nurse. The owner of the house is dentist at the same time. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofed with pitched roof made of concrete roof tiles. The business premises is roofed with flat roof. The first half of the flat roof will be used as a terrace and the second half will be done as a green roof. The business premises has one above-ground floor. The structural system of a building is made of clay blocks and the Porotherm MIAKO system is used for horizontall construction. The part of a desing documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

This Bachelor thesis deals with design documentation for implementation of family house construction. In the house includes dental surgery. The object is situated on a parcel with slightly sloping terrain in the village Pustiměř. The building for four-member family has two floors, no cellar and it is connected with a garage for one car. The house is designed of brick construction system, ceramic tile Porotherm. Whole ceiling structure is made of Porotherm using POT beam and ceiling fillers MIAKO. The house including the garage is covered with a gabled roof.

A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.
